Basic (£3k - £5k)
Would include some of the following:
90 – 180 seconds
Based on interviews, voiceover or on-screen copy to drive key messages
1-2 cameras + operators
Up to 1 day filming.
Music license.
Up to 2 rounds of amendments
Subtitles in original language
1-3 cut-down versions
Budget options for stock footage if needed.
Animated logo and name credit ‘lower third’ graphics but no other animation or graphics.
Standard (£5k - £10k)
Would include some of the following:All as per ‘Basic’ plus
90 – 300 seconds
Still driven by interviews, voiceover or on-screen copy to drive key messages
2-3 cameras + operators/assistants.
Copywriter
Increase in quality of cameras and lenses used.
Gimbals, motorised camera sliders etc.
More experienced editors.
Hair and make-up
Autocue
2-3 days filming
2+ locations
Multiple cut-down versions
Music licensing for all versions.
Premium stock footage if required.
Translations into other languages and subtitles in those languages.
Scope for more use of simple 2D graphics and animation.

Drone filming – we only use experienced drone cameramen, not simply drone operators.
Setting up of multiple interviews in different locations
Additional crew – the more people there are, the quicker it can be to set up. This is useful if – for example – you are filming at an expensive location with limited time there.

Having to work around restricted access at a location.
More complex animation, graphics or 3D motion graphics.
